Acceptable Use Policy & Community Guidelines

Effective Date: June 5, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy governs chat, display names, custom house rules, and all other content and behavior in Ultimate Cards ("User Content"). It is part of our Terms of Service. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

1. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You must not create, share, or transmit content, or behave, in any way that:

• Harasses, bullies, threatens, defames, or intimidates any person;
• Is hateful or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic;
• Is sexually explicit involving minors, or sexualizes any person under 18 in any way;
• Is obscene, or depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual content;
• Promotes self-harm, violence, terrorism, or illegal activity;
• Encourages underage drinking, drunk driving, or dangerous, coerced, or unlawful alcohol or drug use;
• Contains another person's private or identifying information without consent;
• Infringes intellectual-property or other rights; or
• Contains spam, malware, or attempts to cheat, exploit, or disrupt the App or other players.

2. Moderation, Reporting & Blocking

To keep the community safe: a game host can remove (kick) any player from their session at any time; and you can report objectionable content or users and block other players using any in-app report or block controls provided in the App, or at any time by emailing customer-service@bitlitic.com with details. We review reports and act on reports of objectionable content promptly, generally within 24 hours, by removing content and/or suspending or banning the responsible user.

2.1 Reporting Illegal Content (UK Online Safety Act)

If you are in the United Kingdom and encounter content you believe is illegal or otherwise harmful, please report it to customer-service@bitlitic.com. Consistent with the UK Online Safety Act 2023, we assess such reports, remove illegal content we become aware of, and take proportionate steps to protect users.

3. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove User Content, restrict features, and suspend or permanently ban users who violate this Policy. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so to operate and protect the App and its users.

4. No Responsibility for User Content

User Content reflects the views of the users who create it, not Bitlitic. We do not endorse and are not responsible for User Content, including custom house rules. If you believe content violates this Policy or your rights, report it using the tools above.
