This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Bitlitic LLC and governs your license to use the Ultimate Cards application ("App"). It supplements our Terms of Service. By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, and subject to the App-store rules under which you obtained the App.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent applicable law expressly permits; (d) remove proprietary notices; or (e) use the App in violation of law or our policies.
There is no tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or unlawful content or behavior. By using the App you agree to our Acceptable Use Policy, and you understand that violations may result in content removal and account termination.
The App is licensed, not sold. Bitlitic LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual-property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You must be at least 13 to use the App, and at least 18 to create an account or make in-app purchases. On platforms where the optional Drinking Game pack is offered — currently Android and the web app, but not iOS — the minimum age to use the App is 18, and its Alcohol and Risqué modes require you to be at least 21.
Our age check verifies the account signed in on a device; it cannot verify who else is present at your table. If you host or take part in a drinking game, you are responsible for who you invite, who you share a room code with, and who you allow to use your device, including for confirming that each of them is at least 21 and may lawfully consume alcohol where they are. This EULA is between you and Bitlitic only. The App-store operator (Apple or Google) is not a party, has no warranty or support obligations for the App, and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce this EULA against you. Your use must comply with the applicable App-store Terms of Service.
This license terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination, you must stop using and delete the App. Sections 2, 4, and 6–8 survive termination.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited, as described in the Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.
