This page explains how to delete your Ultimate Cards account and what happens to your data when you do. You can delete your account yourself at any time — no email required, and no need to contact support first.
You only have an account if you chose to log in. Ultimate Cards is fully playable as a guest. Guest play creates no account and stores nothing about you on our servers — there is nothing to delete. These steps apply only if you signed in with Google, Apple, or an email address.
On a phone or tablet (Android or iOS):
If you cannot access your account — for example you've lost access to the email address or device you signed in with — email customer-service@bitlitic.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Purchases and unlocked content are tied to your Apple or Google store account, not to your Ultimate Cards profile. Deleting your Ultimate Cards account does not refund purchases and does not cancel any subscription — manage those in the App Store or Google Play. Deletions you perform in the app or on the web take effect immediately. Backup copies held for disaster recovery are purged on a rolling basis and are fully overwritten within 90 days. Verified email requests are completed within 30 days of verification.
For any question about deleting your account or the data associated with it, contact customer-service@bitlitic.com. See also our Privacy Policy, which describes your broader privacy rights, including the right to access and correct your data.
